Position Summary
The Machine Fabricator is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and modifying metal components and equipment according to engineering drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong blueprint-reading abilities, experience performing independent machine setups, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components and structures according to specifications.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication schematics.
• Perform machine and equipment setups independently with minimal supervision.
• Measure, cut, fit, and align materials to required dimensions and tolerances.
• Operate fabrication equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues and make necessary adjustments during production.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
AWS D1.1 Certification (Mandatory)
Candidates without a current AWS D1.1 certification will not be considered.
Proven experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
Ability to perform machine setups independently
Advanced blueprint-reading and interpretation skills
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work overtime as needed
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications
• Additional welding certifications
• Experience with heavy manufacturing or custom fabrication
• Knowledge of fabrication equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

Pay: $24.00+/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM (Overtime as Needed)
