Director of Sales

We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven fintech sales hunter to drive net-new revenue within the payments and retail technology space. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with no direct reports , focused entirely on building pipeline and closing new business. Join a high-performing team where your ability to navigate complex deals and win new logos will directly impact revenue and long-term success. If you are a true hunter with experience in the POS fintech space and a strong understanding of the ISV ecosystem - we want to hear from you!
Director of Sales Benefits and Compensation:- Remote

- 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in payments/POS
- Required experience selling payment terminals/hardware
- Strong experience selling to or through ISVs
- Proven hunter with a track record of building pipeline and closing net-new business
- Established network within the payments/ISV ecosystem
- Experience managing complex, long-cycle sales from prospecting through close
- This is a pure individual contributor sales role with no direct reports or team management responsibilities
- Experience selling software and recurring-revenue solutions
- Experience with VAR, ISO, processor, or channel partnerships
- Strong understanding of payment integrations and technical sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
