Full-Time Back of House Team Member At Chick-fil-A, our Back of House Team Members are essential to delivering the high-quality food and exceptional experience our guests expect. You play a key role in preparing fresh, delicious food with care while working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Position Type: Daytime and Evening Positions Available Starting Wage Range: $15-$16 Must be able to maintain a minimum of 30 hrs per week What You'll Do Prepare Food with Excellence, Safety, and Cleanliness Follow recipes and procedures to prepare high-quality menu items Ensure food is cooked properly, fresh, and presented according to standards Maintain consistency and accuracy in every order Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including workstations and equipment Maintain Speed & Accuracy Work with a sense of urgency while prioritizing food safety and quality Communicate clearly with Front of House to ensure order accuracy Keep up with demand during peak hours while staying organized Work as a Team and Live Out Our Values Collaborate with fellow Team Members to keep the kitchen running smoothly Maintain a positive attitude and encourage those around you Take ownership of your role and responsibilities Strive for continuous improvement and personal growth What We're Looking For A strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude Commitment to food safety and quality standards Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.
