Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Warehouse Management Systems (Wms) Consultant with deep expertise in Manhattan Active Wms to lead and support a large-scale Wms transformation across our distribution network. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong technical, functional, and leadership capabilities. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Manhattan Active Wms solutions, while also serving as a key consultant between business operations and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle implementations of Manhattan Active Wms across multiple distribution centers. (Minimum 2 full cycle implementations of Manhattan Active Wms).
• Configure and design Wms processes tailored to business needs, including Receiving, Pick, Pack, and Ship workflows. (Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Wms and configuration.)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, define system design, and ensure alignment with operational goals.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create detailed documentation including process flows, use cases, business rules, and system design artifacts.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Support testing strategies and validate functional changes in Wms.
• Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders on Wms strategy and execution.
• Experience with Manhattan Proactive Extension development.
• Familiarity with JSON and Postman for API testing and integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with system integration technologies and cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (Gcp) and AWS.
• Experience with integration between Wms and business Erp systems.
• Knowledge of distribution center transportation and logistics.
• Experience with Manhattan Sci reporting and analytics tools.
