Schedule Days Shift – 10‑hour day, 40 scheduled hours per week Job Description Join a busy Therapy Department providing a wide range of rehabilitation services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, hydrotherapy, and specialized programs for pain management and pelvic health. The facility operates both out‑patient and in‑patient services, catering to orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric care needs. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Implement therapy interventions in various settings, including in‑patient and out‑patient care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Manage and document patient progress and outcomes. Engage in community outreach and local school visits for patient education and therapy needs. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Montana. Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred. Certifications in specialized therapy areas such as dry needling or LSVT techniques are a plus. Contract & Rates Contract & local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency.
