Senior Finance Manager
Jobtailor
Lead monthly and quarterly financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis. Own recurring financial reporting deliverables. Develop and maintain financial models. Partner with Finance and Controllership to analyze and resolve accounting issues. Support forecast updates and planning cycles. Coordinate financial system activities and data loads. Drive a data‑driven culture, leveraging standardized tools and analytics. Support transformation and productivity initiatives. Contribute to cross‑functional projects and initiatives. Lead R&D financial planning, aligning investments with engineering priorities and business objectives. Act as a business partner to Engineering leadership. Requirements 5+ years of experience in progressive finance roles. 4+ years of experience with strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills. 4+ years of experience with an excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in financial systems and tools to ensure accuracy, reliability, and security. #J-18808-Ljbffr
