Summary Act as the brand ambassador on the sales floor, delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience and building long‑term client relationships. Guide clients through a personalized client journey, capture CRM data, support omnichannel initiatives, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets. Responsibilities Create a welcoming environment and provide excellent in‑store service following the client journey ceremony. Capture and maintain client data in the company CRM to develop personalized relationships and future opportunities. Support and promote omnichannel activities and collaborate with other departments for cross‑selling. Work as a team player, communicate constructively with colleagues, and contribute to a positive work environment. Maintain high shop floor and visual display standards and follow stock procedures. Handle customer complaints appropriately and liaise with management when needed. Be attentive to loss prevention and security procedures. Requirements Passion for selling with experience in building lasting client relationships. Interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design and strong product knowledge. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent interpersonal skills. Ambition, resilience, self‑motivation, result orientation, and problem‑solving ability.
