  Job Description

An established manufacturing company in the Chardon area is seeking a General Labor / Utility Worker to support daily production operations. In this role, you will stamp, deburr, and clean parts, and assist with other production tasks as assigned. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who values quality, safety, and teamwork.

  Responsibilities:

• General Labor
• Stamp, deburr, and clean manufactured parts
• Inspect completed parts for quality and accuracy
• Perform additional general production duties as assigned
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

  Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing facility preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand throughout the shift
• Ability to follow production instructions and safety procedures
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings

The base pay range for this position is $17+ per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
