GENERAL LABORERS needed at a Chardon company!

2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - Midnight
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay: $17-$18/hour

We are looking to fill roles in Deburring/Stamping, Assembly, and Bending. While the descriptions below highlight most of the duties, they are not all-inclusive, and additional tasks may be required.

Deburring/Stamping Duties:
Visually inspect parts
Use buffing wheels to remove burrs and clean parts
Stamp part numbers onto products
Clean and maintain work area
Perform other duties as assigned

Assembly Duties:
Assemble metal components as needed
Complete documented inspections of the assembly process
Clean and maintain work area
Perform other duties as assigned

Bending Duties:
Perform bending process on metal components
Complete documented inspections of the bending process
Clean and maintain work area
Perform other duties as assigned

General Requirements for All Positions:
Work well independently with minimal supervision
Strong drive to achieve results
Good communication skills and collaboration with team members
Must be quality-oriented

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for the entire shift without extra breaks
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
