Production Operator - First Shift

Job Description

We have positions for all levels of experience, from entry level to those skilled in manufacturing operations.

EGC is a recognized world leader in the engineering and manufacturing of graphite and graphite composites for high temperature applications in fluid sealing or thermal applications.

We work Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm. Some part-time, flexible schedules available.

We are a drug free workplace. Pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana, required. Background check is also required for employment.

Requirements:

Ability to perform repetitive tasks and follow instructions; high school graduate or GED required.
Mechanical ability or experience; basic math and measurement skills.
Reading, comprehension, and writing skills to understand and follow policies, practices, detailed work instructions, and complete production forms.
Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 25lbs; be able to work standing or sitting for 8 hour shift; perform tasks requiring good manual dexterity skills, including machine operation. Additional opportunities for candidates who can read and interpret shop drawings.
