Mancan in partnership with a Middlefield facility is in need of a 1st shift Production Worker.
Job Title: Production WorkerPay:$17.50/hour
Schedule: Monday Thursday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
Location: Middlefield, OH Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling product off the production line, removing scrap material, and operating a glue machine to prepare product for final inspection. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Pull finished product off the production line quickly and accurately
* Remove and dispose of scrap materials in a safe and efficient manner
* Operate glue machine and ensure correct application to product
* Inspect products for alignment and quality; identify and report any defects
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Follow all safety and company procedures
* Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Requirements: * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to keep up in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
* Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
* Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required Benefits: * Competitive pay at $17.50/hour
