Overview Hot 8 Yoga is the premier hot yoga studio coast to coast with locations across California and New York City. We embody the practice we teach, powered by heat, movement, and community. Our philosophy is rooted in connection and in the belief that true transformation begins when individuals step into purpose-driven work. We offer a wide range of class styles so there’s space for every level and every body, and our studios are sleek, spotless, and intentionally hot. We are a community-driven organization seeking to grow our management team. Hot 8 Yoga is growing and expanding our management team. We are looking for enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors who love Yoga to join our company. Responsibilities Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends) Tracking studio budget Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs Processing payroll Oversee inventory Work 5 Front Desk shifts Lots of cleaning - all day every day Lead Teacher Trainings Lead and manage teachers and front desk staff Schedule 8 hour shift Holidays On call Weekend availability Qualifications Candidates must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin). Benefits Hot 8 Yoga to pay 60% of Health, Dental and Vision insurance (up to $500/month) 2 weeks (10 days) PTO Free yoga, all day, everyday Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Additional Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus pay Submit cover letter and resume for consideration.
