We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to oversee roofing installation, repair, and maintenance projects for commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of roof systems, and the ability to manage crews effectively to deliver high‑quality work and stay within budget. Your Duties: Supervise and manage a team of roofers to ensure the completion of projects according to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines Inspect jobsites before, during and after installation to ensure quality, safety and compliance with building codes and regulations Assign tasks to crew members and provide guidance and training as needed Communicate with project and operations managers and be able to address concerns and answer questions Ensure safety procedures are always followed Promote proper work ethic and enforce company’s policies, procedures and practices Perform other duties as assigned by management What You Bring: 5 years of experience in commercial roofing 2 years of experience in a supervising or leadership role Knowledge of roofing systems, materials and techniques Excellent problem‑solving skills, written and oral communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb ladders, and balance Must be able to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds Offering a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays!
