The One Stop provides essential information and problem resolution to students, parents/families, and the broader university community in the areas of registration, financial aid, billing, and payment. This position focuses on delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. It will allow students to gain applicable experience in customer service and office applications for resume building. Students will be expected to work a minimum number of hours during the summer term, and will have an opportunity to continue employment during the academic year.**Job Description****Essential Duties*** This position requires a strong working knowledge of One Stop’s service areas.
