Job Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
\n
• Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, Amazon, and other relevant channels.
\n
• Monitor campaign performance, customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS, conversion rates, traffic, and other key marketing KPIs.
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey from awareness and consideration through purchase and retention.
\n
• Partner with the E-Commerce team to drive traffic and sales across FOTILE's DTC website and major online marketplaces.
\n
• Develop SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic visibility, website traffic, and search performance.
\n
• Support CRM, email marketing, remarketing, and lifecycle marketing programs to increase engagement and repeat purchases.
\n
• Plan and execute A/B tests across advertisements, landing pages, promotions, messaging, and customer experiences.
\n
• Analyze customer, campaign, website, and sales data to identify trends and recommend opportunities for growth.
\n
• Work closely with Sales, E-Commerce, Product, Creative, and Marketing teams to develop integrated go-to-market campaigns.
\n
• Support product launches, seasonal promotions, retail programs, and other initiatives across online and offline channels.
\n
• Collaborate with agencies, platform partners, and external vendors when needed.
\n
• Track marketing budgets and continuously optimize spending based on performance and business priorities.
\n
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, AI marketing tools, consumer behavior, and competitive activity.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
\n
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related role.
\n
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns.
\n
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing funnel, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention.
\n
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, CRM/email marketing, and other digital marketing tools.
\n
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate marketing data into actionable business recommendations.
\n
• Experience working with e-commerce, consumer products, retail, appliances, electronics, or other consumer-facing brands is preferred.
\n
• Experience with Amazon, retail media, or major retail/e-commerce platforms is a plus.
\n
• Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
\n
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
