We are Givaudan. Human by nature.As a Senior Consumer Market Insights Manager, you will lead consumer and market research that supports fragrance development and business objectives. You will partner with internal teams and clients to design research, interpret consumer data, and translate findings into insights that guide fragrance development. You will also manage research projects from study design through analysis and presentation. Your Title: Senior Consumer Market Insights (CMI) Manager Your Location: East Hanover, NJ You Will Report To: Category Director Your Responsibilities Lead regional and cross-regional market research projects using qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Develop research strategies, methodologies, study designs, questionnaires, and testing approaches. Manage CMI projects from study design through execution, including budgets, agency negotiations, quality checks, data analysis, and results presentations. Analyze consumer research and statistical results to identify insights and guide fragrance development. Work with category teams to identify knowledge gaps, develop hypotheses, and generate consumer insights that support fragrance submissions. Present research methodologies, findings, and recommendations to internal teams and clients. Support the use of digital tools and data-driven approaches within CMI projects. Your Professional Profile Includes University degree in Marketing, Data Analysis, Statistics, Science, or a related field. 8+ years of market research experience. Experience applying qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including study design and questionnaire development. Knowledge of inferential and multivariate statistics and experimental design. Experience with data reduction, consumer segmentation, and driver analysis techniques. Experience managing research projects, external agencies, budgets, data quality, and results presentations. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, data analysis software, and survey platforms. Compensation and Benefits The established salary range for this position is $120,000k - $160,000k base. Actual compensation will depend on individual qualifications. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is awarded based on both individual and company performance.
