Job Responsibilities Develop and execute growth marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth. Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, Amazon, and other relevant channels. Monitor campaign performance, customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS, conversion rates, traffic, and other key marketing KPIs. Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey from awareness and consideration through purchase and retention. Partner with the E-Commerce team to drive traffic and sales across FOTILE's DTC website and major online marketplaces. Develop SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic visibility, website traffic, and search performance. Support CRM, email marketing, remarketing, and lifecycle marketing programs to increase engagement and repeat purchases. Plan and execute A/B tests across advertisements, landing pages, promotions, messaging, and customer experiences. Analyze customer, campaign, website, and sales data to identify trends and recommend opportunities for growth. Work closely with Sales, E-Commerce, Product, Creative, and Marketing teams to develop integrated go-to-market campaigns. Support product launches, seasonal promotions, retail programs, and other initiatives across online and offline channels. Collaborate with agencies, platform partners, and external vendors when needed. Track marketing budgets and continuously optimize spending based on performance and business priorities. Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, AI marketing tools, consumer behavior, and competitive activity. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related role. Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns. Strong understanding of the digital marketing funnel, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention. Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, CRM/email marketing, and other digital marketing tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate marketing data into actionable business recommendations. Experience working with e-commerce, consumer products, retail, appliances, electronics, or other consumer-facing brands is preferred. Experience with Amazon, retail media, or major retail/e-commerce platforms is a plus. Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
