About This Role

Key responsibilities include working with children, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring the classroom is ready for closing at the end of the day.

• Engage children in curriculum activities and encourage their participation.
• Manage classroom cleanliness, materials, and maintenance, and ensure a smooth daily transition for children.
• Maintain regular communication with parents through informal discussions and progress reports.
• Model self-help and good hygiene through behavior, and promote these values among children.
• Follow all center policies and state regulations, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Develop a personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement.

• An understanding of child development is a must.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification is a requirement.
• Ability to work well with others is a fundamental requirement.
• Must clear full background check and must pass health screening.
• High energy levels are essential for this role.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional child care experience is required.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills are necessary for this position.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills are a must.
