Job Description Neuropsychometrics Coordinator Lead Excellence in Neuropsychological Assessment Are you an experienced psychometrist ready to expand your impact beyond testing? Join our team as a Neuropsychometrics Coordinator , where you'll play a key leadership role in shaping the quality, consistency, and future of neuropsychological services across our division. In this unique opportunity, you'll combine clinical expertise with mentorship and operational leadership. Working alongside a team of eight clinical neuropsychologists , you'll help establish best practices, train and develop psychometry staff, and ensure exceptional patient care through high-quality neuropsychological assessment services. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Master's Degree in Psychology from an accredited university Minimum 500-hour clinical practicum supervised by a licensed psychologist Demonstrated continuing education in Neuropsychology Experience Three (3) years of supervised experience in neuropsychological test administration Proficiency in administering and scoring neuropsychological test protocols Skills & Competencies Strong analytical ability to administer and score psychological and neuropsychological assessments Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Familiarity with statistical software and research protocols Completion of a statistics course Certifications & Licensures Current licensure by the Michigan State Board as either a Limited Licensed Psychologist (Master's or PhD) or Licensed Psychologist Preferred Qualifications Experience training other professionals in neuropsychometrics and test administration Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical or supervisory settings #J-18808-Ljbffr Henry Ford Health
