Human Resource Specialist Featured Clinton, TN

As we continue to grow, we are looking for aHR Specialist for our Clinton, TN office to support our team and ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for clinical (RNs, HHAs, CNAs) and administrative staff
- Ensure compliance with healthcare licensing, certifications, and background checks
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding
- Maintain employee files and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and labor laws
- Assist with benefits administration and employee relations
- Monitor and report on HR metrics (turnover rates, retention, etc.)
- Stay current with labor regulations and healthcare compliance standards
- Support performance management and training initiatives
- High School diploma or equivalent; HR certification or coursework is a plus
- HR experience, preferably in home healthcare or a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
