This role combines heavy operational responsibilities with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, observability, and compliance oversight.Key Responsibilities:IAM Operations: Manage and support AWS Active Directory, including rehydration processes, authentication, and vulnerability management.DevOps & CI/CD: Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and CloudFormation.Infrastructure Support: Contribute to infrastructure stack development and maintenance, ensuring scalability and reliability.Monitoring & Observability: Implement and manage observability platforms (Splunk, NewRelic, Datadog, Prometheus) to proactively monitor system health and performance.Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to cloud security standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.Collaboration & Communication: Actively engage with cross-functional teams via Slack, providing updates, resolving issues, and driving operational excellence.Required Qualifications:AWS expertise (core requirement)Active Directory (including AWS AD rehydration)CI/CD principles with Jenkins, Git, CloudFormationObservability tools: Splunk, NewRelic, Datadog, PrometheusSRE mindset: proactive monitoring, automation, reliability engineeringCloud security and compliance knowledgeStrong communication and collaboration skillsAmpcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
