Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities: + Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Read blueprints and machine drawings to identify repair needs and replacement parts. + Repair equipment to manufacturer specifications, including replacing shafts, gears, belts, pulleys, bearings, and related components. + Assist machine setup technicians and operators in resolving any issues and material-related problems. + Maintain compliance with safety procedures + Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment issues + Assist in training operators and maintenance personnel as needed. + Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications & Experience: + 1 year of experience as maintenance technician. + High school diploma or GED. + Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
