Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a quality drivenMaintenance Technician to join our fast-paced production team! In this role, you will perform essential troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on high-speed production equipment and facility systems to keep our operations running safely and efficiently. You will work side-by-side with production staff and plant management to tackle daily technical challenges, minimize downtime, enforce strict safety standards, and keep our lines running at peak reliability. salary: $62,000 - $66,560 per year shift: First work hours: 5 AM - 3:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to and enforce all OSHA safety guidelines and company safety policies at all times. Advanced Maintenance & Repair: Execute advanced mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on high-speed packaging machinery, electrical panels, and facility power distribution systems. Conveyor Systems Maintenance: Routinely inspect, align, and repair both mechanical drive components and electrical control aspects of plant conveyor systems. Diagnostic Troubleshooting: Quickly identify root causes of machine failures by observing and listening to mechanical devices and controls in operation. Preventive Maintenance (PM): Perform required preventive maintenance tasks accurately and on schedule to maximize equipment uptime. Documentation & CMMS Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of PM tasks, repairs, adjustments, parts usage, and continuous improvement projects using a CMMS and standard documentation software. Line Support & Operations: Ensure proper daily startup and shutdown protocols for all production equipment. Leadership & Mentorship: Provide daily hands‑on technical training, guidance, and support to Machine Operators and Maintenance Mechanics. Process Improvement: Assist management in developing, refining, and standardizing maintenance procedures to boost line efficiency and equipment reliability. Additional Duties: Perform other technical and operational duties as assigned by leadership.
