Client Services Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Client Services Manager to join a growing organization in Bonita Springs, FL. This role offers the opportunity to serve as the primary point of contact for key clients while leading Client Services and Call Center operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. What You'll Do Serve as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts and build strong, long-term client relationships. Ensure client deliverables, reporting requirements, requests, and service commitments are completed accurately and on time. Monitor account performance, service levels, and workflows to consistently exceed client expectations. Lead, coach, and support Client Services and Call Center team members through ongoing guidance and performance feedback. Manage daily operations, productivity goals, quality standards, attendance, and workflow execution. Ensure call center coverage and responsiveness while maintaining high customer service standards. Assist with onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives for team members. Develop and maintain procedures, documentation, and operational best practices. Review client, supplier, and partner data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and process adherence. Provide oversight and support for offshore team operations, including productivity, quality, and training initiatives. Track and resolve client and operational issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience) 2+ years of experience in: Client Services, Account Management, Operations Leadership, Call Center Supervision, or Customer-Focused Management Roles Previous experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or supervising employees Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Preferred Experience Debt collection, collections agency, legal services, creditor, debt buyer, or legal network supplier industries Working with third-party service providers or offshore teams Experience balancing client-facing responsibilities with operational leadership Why This Opportunity?
