Strong opportunity to quickly develop a robust practice through an established referral network of 60+ Primary Care providers. Comprehensive diabetes program with dedicated dietary, pharmacy, and case management support. Traditional Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule. Unique hybrid model available with the option to work three weeks remotely and one week onsite. Care for patients with a broad spectrum of endocrine and metabolic conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal disorders, and other hormonal conditions. Excellent opportunity for physicians seeking a combination of practice growth, flexibility, and work-life balance.Clinical Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic endocrine and metabolic disorders. Provide comprehensive management of Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes and complex metabolic conditions. Diagnose and treat thyroid, pituitary, adrenal, parathyroid, bone, and other endocrine disorders. Order and interpret laboratory testing, imaging, and other appropriate diagnostic studies. Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and monitor patient response to therapy. Collaborate with Primary Care physicians, pharmacists, dietitians, case managers, and other specialists. Provide patient education regarding disease management, medications, nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and long-term health. Utilize telemedicine capabilities to provide continuity of care through the available hybrid/remote practice model. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.Compensation Competitive base salary of $300,000-$330,000. Base compensation at or above the MGMA median. Additional wRVU productivity incentive bonus. Sign-on bonus. Relocation assistance. Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency and Endocrinology fellowship. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism. Current or eligible unrestricted Illinois medical license. Strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered endocrine care. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
