Endocrinology Opportunity - Quincy, Illinois Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist Opportunity Highlights•Join a team with a comprehensive Diabetes Center, including dietary and pharmacy support•Strong referral base with over 60 primary care providers and dedicated case managers•Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (option for 3 weeks remote / 1 week on-site)•Competitive base salary at or above MGMA median•Eligible for productivity incentive bonus plan based on WRVUs•Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and educational loan forgiveness (if applicable) Compensation & Benefits•Direct from training: $300,000 base + productivity bonus•3+ years experience: $330,000 base + productivity bonus•Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance•Malpractice coverage with tail•403(b) pension plan plus 457(b) tax-deferred option•Employee child care center•Six weeks paid time off annually•One week CME allowance•$5,000 professional expense allowance About Quincy, IllinoisQuincy is a scenic community on the Mississippi River, known for its historic charm, vibrant arts scene, and high quality of life.Community Highlights:•Affordable living with strong schools and recreational amenities•Home to both a community college and a 4-year university•Ranked among the Top 10 Best Hometowns in America•Easy access to major cities: 2 hours to St. Louis, 3.5 hours to Kansas City, 4 hours to Chicago•Daily flights to Chicago O'Hare and Amtrak service with two daily trips
