Salary: $50,000-$55,000 per year

RDR is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to round out the Accounts Payable Department.

Job Duties:

• Enter a high volume of invoices, ensuring they are accurately coded and authorized.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and goods received notes.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies or queries promptly.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
• Assist the finance team with month-end closing procedures and reporting.
• Communicate with vendors and internal managers to ensure smooth payment processes.
• Review invoices for accuracy, proper approvals, account coding, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar finance role.
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with strong MS Excel skills.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of related experience
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
