Job Function:

• Provide therapeutic exercises and treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
• Collaborate with the PT and interdisciplinary team to support patient goals

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• Accredited PTA program graduate
• Current state PTA license (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and patient - care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
