What You'll Do:

• Screen, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs
• Administer therapeutic interventions such as manual techniques, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize outcomes
• Document all services accurately in electronic patient records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members on patient care plans and discharge summaries
• Support and supervise rehab aides, students, or assistants as needed
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and continuing education events

What You Need:

• Oklahoma State Physical Therapist license (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong assessment and clinical skills in LTC or outpatient settings
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adhere to ethical standards and practice acts
