We’re looking for someone with at least one year of experience in family or personal injury law, who is proficient in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite. Responsibilities: • • Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with family law standards. • Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. • Manage and organize case files, maintaining confidentiality and accessibility for the legal team. • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, court appearances, and depositions efficiently. • Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and witness lists. • Provide support during court proceedings, ensuring all necessary documents are readily available. • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information for cases. Qualifications: • • Experience in family or personal injury law for at least one year. • Ability to draft and review legal documents with precision and adherence to family law standards. • Proven track record of conducting comprehensive legal research to support case strategies. • Proficiency in managing and organizing case files, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility. • Skill in coordinating and scheduling client meetings, court appearances, and depositions. • Experience in assisting attorneys with trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and witness lists. • Ability to provide effective support during court proceedings, ensuring all necessary documents are available promptly and accurately. Compensation: $37,000 - $55,000 yearly
