Our hospital has a strong foundation and is gearing up for exciting growth, including a brand‑new facility with five exam rooms, a dedicated surgery suite, and a dental suite we’ll be moving into in 2026. You’ll join a multi‑doctor team that enjoys a high technician‑to‑doctor ratio. We also have a sister hospital in Eugene, you can support occasionally, though most of the need is at our Cottage Grove location. Get to know us: 5‑doctor team Talented assistants and support staff, including 1 CVT dedicated to Forest Valley and 4 additional CVTs at our sister hospital in Eugene Over 50 years of CVT experience on site to assist doctors. Compensation: This is a highly productive team. We’re able to offer flexible compensation aligned with your production level, helping you find a nice balance of salary and bonuses.
