An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced veterinary leader to join a well-established emergency and specialty hospital in Los Angeles as Medical Director. This position combines clinical excellence with strategic leadership, giving you the chance to mentor a talented team, influence hospital growth, and help deliver exceptional patient care. What You\'ll Be Doing Provide clinical leadership and promote exceptional standards of patient care. Mentor, coach, and support a team of emergency and specialty veterinarians. Foster a positive, collaborative, and learning-focused hospital culture. Support recruitment, engagement, and retention of clinical talent. Build and maintain relationships with referring veterinarians through education and collaboration. Partner with hospital leadership to support strategic growth and operational success. What We're Looking For Experienced veterinarian with a strong clinical background. Previous leadership or mentoring experience preferred. Passion for developing teams and delivering outstanding patient outcomes. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Collaborative, approachable, and committed to continuous improvement. Salary & Benefits Competitive compensation package of $220,000–$260,000 . Annual leadership stipend of up to $50,000 .
