The successful candidate will direct initiatives that enhance patient outcomes, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and mitigate risks associated with patient care. Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive quality and risk management policies and procedures across all facilities.

Lead accreditation efforts and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Coordinate with clinical staff to conduct ongoing reviews of patient care for quality improvement.

Manage the investigation and reporting of patient safety incidents and implementation of corrective actions.

Oversee risk assessments and the development of strategies to mitigate identified risks.

Prepare reports and analyses setting forth progress toward quality and risk management objectives.

Supervise, train, and evaluate performance of quality and risk management staff members.
