Licensure: Valid Dental License to practice in the state and a current DEA License.
Experience: Proven proficiency in general dentistry. Expertise in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: * Proficiency in dental office software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Epic).
Expertise in dental fabrication and complex extractions.
Solid understanding of dental terminology and anatomy.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Comprehensive Care: Perform a wide range of procedures including restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough exams, review medical/dental histories, and perform diagnostic evaluations using advanced imaging.
Patient-Centered Approach: Clearly explain treatment options, address patient concerns, and ensure a comfortable, patient-first experience.
Clinical Excellence: Maintain strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques.
Documentation: Ensure accurate patient charting and medical record management in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
