The Role
We're hiring driven Project Managers / Sales Representatives to own the customer relationship from first knock to final nail. You'll canvass neighbor hoods, generate and close your own leads, guide homeowners through inspections and insurance claims, and manage each project through to completion. This is a hybrid sales-and-project role for someone who wants control over their income and their book of business.
What You'll Do
- Canvass assigned territories to generate new residential roofing leads
- Perform roof inspections
- Educate homeowners on repair vs. replacement and walk them through insurance claims
- Manage projects from signed contract through installation and final sign-off
- Coordinate with crews and follow company safety and quality standards
- Hit and exceed monthly sales targets
What We're Looking For
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales, canvassing, roofing, or construction experience a plus (not required — we train)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Willingness to learn insurance claim processes
