Service Delivery Coordinator

BlueArmor a relationship-driven IT support and cybersecurity firm, a managed services provider (MSP) in Charlotte. We're hiring a Service Delivery Coordinator to keep projects, tickets, and clients on track. Our engineers handle the technical work. This is a service coordinator and dispatcher role at heart: you keep everything moving so nothing slips through the cracks. What you'll do Manage client onboarding projects from kickoff to handoff, including project coordination, scheduling, and clear communication. Monitor the help desk ticket queue, dispatch work to the team, and flag tickets before they turn into escalations. Step in on hot tickets to reassure clients and reset expectations. This is customer service at its best. Own procurement and vendor management: source hardware and software licenses, order from distributors, and track delivery. Help set up job-site equipment (non-technical: unbox, power on, connect Wi‑Fi). What we're looking for 3+ years in a professional, client-facing role such as service coordinator, dispatcher, project coordinator, operations coordinator, or client service. Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure. A warm communicator who holds the team accountable without friction. Comfortable around technology, even if you're not the one troubleshooting it. Experience with a professional services automation (PSA) or ticketing system, or in an MSP or IT services environment, is a plus. Growth You will start as an individual contributor, owning the vision and the day-to-day tasks rather than managing people.
