Secon, hire yor tem, strting with Growth Mnger who owns pi exection. Thir, le brn, strtegy, n mrket entry s we scle from three clbs to mny. Yo will report irectly to the COO. This is role for mrketing leer who bils, not chnnel opertor.

Responsibilities

• Own brn strtegy, positioning, n voice cross or clbs n sb-brns. irect cretive n esign resorces.
• Bil the repetble mrket-entry plybook n le lnch mrketing for new clbs n mrkets.
• rive plyer cqisition n membership conversion throgh commnity progrmming, mbssors, events, n locl prtnerships, with pi mei in spport.
• Stn p fontionl cqisition n mesrement in yor first phse: trcking, ttribtion, locl serch, n initil cmpigns. Then hire the Growth Mnger who owns chnnel exection, n hol the fnction to CC n efficiency trgets.
• Own the mrketing bget n the weekly cqisition n retention reporting.
• Own lifecycle n retention: segmente emil, membership conversion, n member enggement throgh the CRM.
• Bil yor mrketing tem in the first 9 ys, hiring n onboring cross growth, prtnerships, n esign. The Socil Mei Mnger reports into this role.
• Spen time in or clbs with plyers n stff. This brn is bilt on the cort, n its mrketing leer hs to be there.

Reqirements

• Seven or more yers in mrketing, incling time leing fnction or tem, with brn n strtegic leership yo cn evience, not jst chnnel reslts.
• Consmer experience with physicl or experientil proct: hospitlity, fitness, retil, or lifestyle. Mlti-loction strongly preferre.
• Evience of commnity n experientil mrketing: yo hve fille rooms, not jst fnnels.
• Performnce flency: ble to stn p cmpigns, trcking, n ttribtion personlly in the erly months, n to hire, mnge, n evlte the growth tlent who will own them long term.
• Lifecycle n CRM flency: emil, segmenttion, n conversion fnnels.
• Brn rnge to set stnrs, shpe voice, n irect esigners.
