Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatrist to join our growing behavioral health practice. This flexible role offers the ability to provide high-quality psychiatric care through telehealth, in-person visits, or a hybrid model based on provider preference.

Clinicians have the flexibility to create their own schedules, manage their caseloads, and practice in a supportive environment with strong administrative and clinical support. This opportunity is ideal for providers seeking autonomy, work-life flexibility, and the ability to grow with an expanding mental health organization.

Higher compensation opportunities are available for providers who are able to practice independently, work in person or hybrid settings, or complete advanced treatment training.

The Psychiatric Provider will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of mental health conditions while delivering evidence-based psychiatric care. The provider will manage their own patient panel, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to support positive patient outcomes.

Special consideration will be given to clinicians with experience or interest in:

ADHD treatment
Adolescent and child psychiatry
Geriatric psychiatry
Maternal mental health
Veteran mental health services

Fully remote telehealth practice
In-person care at our Fairfax, VA office
Hybrid clinical model
Additional compensation consideration is available for providers willing to work primarily in person or in a hybrid capacity.
