Nurse Practitioner

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an urgent care environment Work collaboratively in a fast-paced urgent care setting Provide care through the integrated model coordinating with specialists, primary care, and other services Serve unique populations including underserved communities, LGBTQ+ patients, HIV/AIDS patients, and concierge medicine populations Work three 12-hour shifts per week, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Work every other weekend Requirements NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate program PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine BLS & ACLS Certification Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia DEA License Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid) Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing high-quality, patient-centered care in urgent care settings, with a focus on collaboration and coordination with specialists and primary care.
