Collaborating Physician for Lactation Support Practice in Arkansas

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed physician to collaborate with our team of International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) and Certified Lactation Counselors (CLCs) in Arkansas. Our established practice provides comprehensive lactation support to families, guiding them through every stage of infant feeding. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with two experienced IBCLCs to enhance the quality of care provided to families. Support prenatal lactation education to help families set realistic expectations and minimize feeding complications. Assist in postpartum lactation visits, both in-office and virtual, addressing issues such as latch and positioning, milk supply concerns, and tongue/lip tie management. Provide guidance on bottle and pump education, care for NICU transitions, and support for induced lactation and relactation. Facilitate return-to-work planning and weaning support. Ensure accurate documentation and clinical notes for shared records. Position Details Part-time collaboration with a flexible start date, ideally within the next month.
