Youth Residential SupervisorIntegrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.The Mary Hill Center for Youth Supervisor will support the Managing Director in daily oversight and management of the residential program. This position will primarily be responsible for supervision of staff, including but not limited to schedules and performance. The Supervisor will provide back-up for the Program Manager in their absence and will help to build a cohesive and successful team.The salary range for this position is $48,596.66 to $63,282.33 per year based on experience.Non-Licensed: $48,596.66 - $58,451.92 annuallyDependently Licensed: $52,609.67 - $63,282.33 annuallyEssential Functions:Assists in the oversight of the program, ensuring delivery of high-quality therapeutic services to youth.Supports the planning, development, and implementation of the daily routine and schedule of activities.Develops relationships with each client to promote healthy growth and development.Responds to resident and staff concerns.Delegates and assigns work to residential behavioral health staff, interns, and program volunteers, delegating appropriate levels of autonomy while maintaining adequate supervision and support.Maintains full compliance with MHCY policies and procedures as well as Federal and State laws and regulatory compliance with all applicable agencies, governing or accrediting bodies.Ensures that staff complete and document assessments and participate in the development of treatment goals and methods of youth on an ongoing basis.Provides routine support and assistance to staff through individual and group meetings.Evaluates performance of staff members and recommends appropriate action to the manager.Participates in the review and selection of new staff, including but not limited to completion of position requisitions, applicant reviews, and interviews.Responsible for implementation and oversight of organizational policies, procedures, and/or processes.Trains new employees in areas such as organizational policy, procedures, and organizational or governmental regulations.Performs other duties as assigned.Performs all duties of a residential direct care staff as needed.Sets a good safety example for the department and the agency.Travel within designated service areaOther duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements:Education/Licensure:A high school degree or GED equivalent is requiredLicensed in Social Work, Clinical Counseling or Couple and Family Therapy preferred.Experience:Experience working with at-risk youth in a residential setting preferred.One year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role required.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Advanced communication skills, both oral and written is requiredAdvanced organizational skills are requiredAbility to bill Medicaid without restrictions is requiredAbility to maintain confidential information is requiredKnowledge of Medicaid regulations and compliance requirements is requiredA valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle is requiredAn appropriate level of auto insurance coverage is requiredAbility to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment is requiredAbility to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment is requiredAbility to maintain a high-speed internet connection is requiredPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer is requiredMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times is requiredEnjoy a great work environment with an excellent salary, generous paid time off, and a strong benefits package.MedicalDentalVisionShort-term DisabilityLong-term Disability401K w/ Employer MatchEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) provides support and resources to help you and your family with a range of issues.Our Mission: Delivering exceptional care through connectionOur Values:Dignity - We meet people where they are on their journey with respect and hopeCollaboration - We listen to understand and ask how we can best support the people and communities we serveWellbeing - We celebrate one another's strengths, and we support one another in being wellExcellence - We demand high-quality care for those we serve, and we are a leader in how we care for one another as a teamInnovation - We deeply value a range of perspectives and experiences, knowing it is what inspires us to stretch past where we are and reach towards what we know is possible
