This organization is scaling rapidly and looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to help build world-class engineering teams across some of the most challenging domains in technology. This is an opportunity to work directly with engineering leaders and executives to hire exceptional talent in areas including embedded systems, hardware, autonomy, machine learning, AI infrastructure, robotics, and software engineering. What You'll do Own full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized technical roles from kickoff through offer acceptance. Partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and advise on market trends. Source and engage passive candidates using creative, data-driven approaches. Build strong talent pipelines for niche engineering skill sets. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while managing multiple searches simultaneously. Influence hiring decisions through market insights and competitive intelligence. We're Looking For 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience. Demonstrated success recruiting for highly technical engineering roles such as: Embedded Software & Firmware Electrical Engineering & Hardware Design Robotics Autonomous Systems Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Data Infrastructure / Distributed Systems Experience partnering directly with senior engineering leadership. Strong sourcing skills and a track record of hiring passive talent in competitive markets. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Why This Opportunity?
