Description
The Work

Disassembly, repair, and reassembly of collision-damaged vehicles
Frame and structural repairs to OEM standards
Panel replacement, alignment, and body component repair
Collaborate with the team to keep production moving

What We're Looking For

Technical school OR 3+ years of body repair experience
Solid knowledge of collision repair methods and tools
I-CAR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay & Benefits

Commission-based flat rate pay with a guaranteed weekly minimum
Paid weekly
Up to 14 days PTO annually (prorated in first year; available after 90 days)

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and squat
Must be able to work in a shop environment with noise and odors
