Position Overview

The Marketing Assistant creates visually compelling materials that support the office's marketing and branding efforts. This role focuses on design, visual storytelling, and maintaining a consistent brand identity.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, flyers, digital screens, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with staff and student workers to create visuals for programs and campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials
• Assist in developing visual concepts for marketing initiatives
• Revise and adapt designs based on feedback and project needs
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels

Additional Information:

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
• Ability to translate ideas into engaging graphics
• Creative, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Interest in design, branding, and visual storytelling
