What You Will Do Answer inbound calls and emails, providing a positive and professional first impression while supporting event inquiries. Process deposits, final payments, and event checkouts while tracking and sending receipts to clients. Qualify and distribute all leads including phone, web, and walk‑in inquiries. Keep the office organized, stocked, and operate efficiently, including filing and maintaining documentation. Commit to safety and sanitation by following established processes, guidelines, and service standards to ensure consistency and accuracy. Expect movement between office and venue areas throughout the day. Constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities—bring a can‑do attitude.
