Job Description
LaSante Health Center is seeking Psychotherapists to join our growing Behavioral Health team. Our mission is to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals who may otherwise have difficulty accessing care. We are proud to serve underserved communities and are looking for clinicians who share our commitment to making a meaningful impact.

\n \n* Primarily psychotherapy-focused position
\n* Typical weekly caseload of 25–30 patients
\n* Opportunity to focus on providing quality clinical care for underserved communities
\n \nQualifications
\n \nApplicants must possess one of the following credentials:
\n \n* LMSW
\n* LCSW
\n* LMHC
\n* MHC-LP
\n* LMFT
\n \nCompensation & Benefits
\n \n* $60–$70+ per session
\n* W-2 employment
\n* Health insurance benefits available
\n \nProfessional Development & Supervision
\n \n* Weekly individual supervision
\n* Weekly group supervision
\n* Regular trainings and professional development opportunities
\n* Eligible clinicians can obtain supervision hours toward licensure and clinical licensure requirements while working in our clinic
\n \nFull-Time Opportunities
\n \n* Full-time positions available
\n* Evening and weekend availability is a significant plus
\n \nPart-Time Opportunities
\n \n* Part-time positions available
\n* Minimum commitment of 12 hours per week
\n* Part-time schedules are limited to evenings and weekends
