At Affiliated Building Maintenance, we are a full-service retail and commercial facilities maintenance provider, and are seeking an experienced Hot Water Pressure Washing Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll perform high-quality hot water power washing at retail and commercial properties, ensuring surfaces are cleaned safely and effectively.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, safety-conscious professional who can work independently or as part of a crew and is committed to excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and maintain commercial-grade hot water pressure washing equipment
• Clean sidewalks, building exteriors, dumpsters, parking garages, and other surfaces
• Submit photo and work reports pertaining to properties
• Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on equipment (training provided)
• Follow company safety protocols and worksite procedures
• Provide professional customer service while on-site

Requirements:

• Prior experience with hot water pressure washing equipment (2+ years)
• Knowledge of safe cleaning techniques for various surfaces
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License (Acceptable driving record for the last 39 months)
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Experience Factors (Not Required):

• Previous night shift or variable schedule work
• Crew leadership and the ability to handle jobsite problem-solving and critical thinking
• Experience with reclaim systems or large-scale commercial cleaning projects
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) for effective communication with crews and clients

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Outdoor work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, dust, fumes, vibrations)
• Moderate noise levels
• Sit, climb, bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts – safety compliance required
