What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric caseloads within educational settings
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive, and engaging environment for children
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and developing individualized therapy plans for students with speech, language, and communication difficulties
- Delivering direct, evidence-based interventions that drive student growth and confidence
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create tailored support strategies
- Monitoring progress, maintaining thorough records, and adapting interventions as needed
- Engaging in IEP meetings and providing input into student educational planning
- Educating staff and families on communication strategies for the classroom and at home
