Multiple contract positions are available, with openings both north and south of Syracuse, providing flexibility to work within preferred locations. Professionals at every stage, including Clinical Fellows (CFY) and those with their CCC, are encouraged to apply.

Ideal candidates will have experience addressing a range of speech, language, and communication challenges in educational or pediatric healthcare settings. Proficiency in teletherapy is a plus, as is a passion for fostering student growth in diverse learning environments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current licensure or eligibility as an SLP (Clinical Fellow applications welcome)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required
• Pediatric experience or strong interest in school-aged populations
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
• Adaptable communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage a caseload and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech, language, and communication evaluations and therapy
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Track progress, maintain detailed records, and document services
• Deliver intervention both in-person and via teletherapy, adapting strategies to student needs
• Engage in collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and ongoing professional development
