A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

A completed supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first month of hire.
